In the hotel industry, VIP guest means Very Important Persons (VIP). VIP guests are those guests who are given special attention or Privilege due to their status or Importance. These guests can be Politicians, Actors/Actresses or Businessmen, a guest who had a bad experience on his last visit, etc. In order to provide them better service for their comfortable stay in a hotel, the hotel offers them amenities which we call them VIP Amenities in Hotel
VIP amenities are something like the cherry on the cake. The VIPs are treated with extra attention, pamper, and care. There are many VIP Amenities in the hotel depending upon hotel policies −
- Front Office Manager or Executive Housekeeper escorting the guest to the room.
- Welcome note from General Manager along with spa card and a Hotel Map is Place in the room.
- All housekeeping services are offered to the guest with daily linen change.
- The Full Minibar Service is given to the guest as complimentary. Example Snacks, dry fruits, soft beverages, alcoholic beverages present in the minibar.
- An Assorted Fruit Basket or Seasonal fruit platter is Placed along with cookies or biscotti (small rectangular biscuits containing nuts).
- A special type of fresh flower arrangement is placed in the room.
- Complimentary Wi-Fi Service in Room
- Guest is provided with Vanity Kit (includes four cotton pads, one emery board, and four q-tips. Pictured: cotton balls which are now replaced by cotton pads).
- Upgraded bathroom supplies are provided to the guest such as soap dispenser, Bathrobe, tissue box, face mist, after-shower gel, cotton slippers, toilet mat, and a terry mat.
- In special cases, Champagne bottle with Chocolate dipped almonds are also kept.
- A number of servings of award-winning dessert.
